Our VFW Post would like to thank Furnish 123 for their excellent customer service and quality products. We purchased 8 outdoor Polywood table sets from them and couldn't be happier with this product. We've gotten excellent feedback from our customers about the tables and they totally brightened up our outdoor patio space. In addition, we decided to use the tables inside during the winter for our back hall band area and despite the year round use, they still look brand new. Furnish 123 also worked with us to supply and delivered free a reclining chair for one of our veterans who's on hospice and residing in a long term care facility. We were immediately assisted with shopping for a new dining room set. The sales rep, Greg, is new to his position, but did great answering our questions, or getting us the answers. We were assisted also by a lady at the counter who was so helpful to us. We love the new set we ordered and cant wait for its arrival!

I live in an apartment building, second floor, with an extremely narrow staircase. The first couch I bought was too wide to fit though the turn of the stairs (this was completely my fault-- I mis-measured). When I came back, Angela was so kind and determined to get a couch up these dang stairs. She found me one that worked perfectly! Also the delivery team was so nice even when I accidently wrote the arrival time down wrong and was still at work when they arrived the first time. They came back later and fought with the stairs for me. I would most definitely recommend Furnish 123!
Had an absolute positive experience going to Furnish 123. I had made a stop at 2 other places to look at furniture before stopping here, but this is where I bought. I think everything is expensive these days so what can I say, but it was the best pricing out of the 3 stores i looked at. The positive experience tho was about how I felt. My experience with furnish 123 has been wonderful. I was in a couple of times and was treated with respect and friendliness. They came over introduced them selves and listened to what I said no badgering or other tactics sales-people use to get you to buy. I told them what I wanted and they complied. Maria was fantastic. We went in looking for replacement chairs, she worked really hard to try and find us something that would be functional and beautiful. Gave her a bit of a run around, but we ended up purchasing a whole new gorgeous solid wood table and chairs set! We can’t wait to put it together in the house! We will definitely be back and will see Maria again when we go back!

Shannon is a comfortable person to buy from. Her sales team seemed to get along and help each other with information. Originally, I was just going to purchase a table and rug. After thinking it over for a day, my husband and I went back. I Bought the table, changed my mind bout the rug, and bought a whole living room. She was easy going and rolled with my random thoughts and artsy thinking. Will go back when I need something else. Also, will tell my family to shop here. Great prices.
Did my shopping online and order over the phone very helpful great communication furniture hasn’t arrived yet just did the order today but so far I’m looking forward to working with them again furniture arrived so happy with the purchase 2 mattresses and a recliner then ordered my island from them too had a slight issue with the arm of the recliner being loose they came out and took care of it. It’s good as new.

Jacob Fisher was so helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient while my daughter and I walked around looking at couches waiting for my husband. We left to do a few things and came back and he was ready to help us pick out our couch. Let us know about the sales and even helped measure to make sure it fit in the space we have. He gave us an estimate for the couch we looking at with sale price, insurance, and delivery. He answered questions we had about the insurance, which is well worth the money. Overall so very happy with his help getting our new couch. Everyone, including our dog, loves it!
It was clean, quiet, and well organized. They had very nice furniture for sale that was reasonably priced compared to other furniture stores we visited prior to us stopping at 123 Furnish. The workers were very attentive without being pushy. They made themselves available whenever we were ready for their help to move forward with a purchase. Then they walked us through all the paperwork very thoroughly and patiently. They were kind, informative, and hands-on helpful when we had extra questions. I would revisit again and most likely purchase from this store again in the future.
Store Manager (Jeremy) was very attentive to our needs while providing us with assistance in picking out a new loveseat. His knowledge of the manufacturing processes, as well as the associated family history of the manufacturer, was impressive. This was not our first experience with making purchases from Furnish 123, but it was the first time we were assisted by Jeremy. We will definitely return here for any future furnishing needs that may arise.

We had a specific item we were looking for. We found one on the showroom floor. The sales rep checked second one in the warehouse just needed to be assembled. Stated for us to return in 15-20 minutes. We did and the item was assembled , both items wrapped for protection and they also assisted in loading the items into our vehicle. Staff very pleasant, no pressure applied. Would definitely shop there again.
